Terms of service
1. DEFINITIONS
Customer – an adult natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality but with legal capacity, making a purchase from the Seller directly related to their business or professional activity.
Consumer – an adult natural person with full legal capacity, making a purchase from the Seller not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Civil Code – the Act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended).
Terms and Conditions – these Terms and Conditions for the provision of electronic services within the My Unds online store.
Online store – the online service available at http://myunds.com through which the Buyer may place orders.
Proof of purchase – means an invoice, receipt issued in accordance with the Act on Value Added Tax of March 11, 2004 as amended, card payment confirmation, or bank statement.
Supplier – an entity which, in cooperation with the Seller, delivers ordered Products to the Customer.
Product – goods offered for sale by the Seller in the Store. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Product colors may slightly differ from reality – for example, depending on monitor settings (color saturation and other settings).
Order – a declaration of intent by the Customer made through the Store clearly specifying: the type and quantity of products; type of delivery; type of payment; place of delivery; Buyer’s details; directly aiming to conclude a contract between the Buyer and the Seller.
Sales agreement – a contract for the sale of goods concluded outside the entrepreneur’s business premises or at a distance within the meaning of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 in the case of Consumers, and a sales contract within the meaning of Art. 535 of the Civil Code of April 23, 1964 in the case of Buyers.
Consumer Rights Act – the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights.
Act on the Provision of Electronic Services – the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services.
Seller – SLOU Sp. z o.o., Al. Zjednoczenia 11, 01-828 Warsaw, NIP 1182290894.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- These Terms and Conditions of the online store, hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions,” define the rules for using the online store available at URL https://myunds.com
- The Store offers online sales of clothing, underwear, and accessories, with detailed descriptions available on the product pages of the online store.
- All prices given by the Seller are expressed in Polish currency and are gross prices (including VAT).
- The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of products offered in the Online Store, introduce new products into the Store’s offer, conduct and cancel promotional campaigns on the Store’s website, or introduce changes to them, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or the rules of a given promotion. Such changes do not affect the validity and execution of previously placed orders.
- The Customer is obliged to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

3. RULES FOR USING SERVICES
- To place an order in the Store, the Customer needs a computer, laptop, smartphone, or other device with internet access.
- To place an order, the Customer must have an active email account.
4. PLACING ORDERS
- The Customer may place an order in the Store either by creating an account or without creating an account.
- Before placing an order, the Customer has the opportunity to review information about the product and order details presented by the Store:
- product photos, which reflect the actual color and texture of materials as accurately as possible (colors in photos may differ slightly due to technical parameters),
- detailed product descriptions and its features,
- product prices,
- product delivery costs,
- payment methods for products and delivery.
3. To place an order for a selected product, choose the quantity using the number field on the product page and click the “Add to cart” button. Once the order is complete, go to the “Your cart” page and click “Order.” In the next step, the Customer fills in the form with the delivery address, email address, and selects the delivery method and payment method.
4. Next to the order form, information is displayed regarding the total costs incurred by the Customer (product price(s), delivery cost).
5. After the Customer places an order and the payment is correctly booked, the Seller sends, via email to the address provided in the order, confirmation of the order placement and acceptance for processing. In the next email, the Seller informs about the shipping date of the order.
6. The order processing time is counted from the moment of obtaining positive payment authorization.
5. PAYMENTS
- The prices of products in the Store are gross prices and do not include delivery costs, which the Customer is informed about when selecting the delivery method during the order.
- The Customer may use the following payment methods:
- Payment by debit/credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro)
- Przelewy24 system
- Bank transfer
3. In the event of the need to refund funds for a transaction made by the Customer using a payment card, the Seller will refund the money to the bank account associated with the Customer’s payment card.
4. The entity providing online payment services is:
- Przelewy24 system – PayPro Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznań, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000347935, NIP 7792369887, Regon 301345068.
5. The Customer is obliged to pay for the order within 7 days from the date of placing the order.
6. DELIVERY
- The Seller delivers ordered products from the Store within Poland and selected European Union countries according to the price list provided at the time of placing the order.
- Delivery is carried out by the Seller within the time (business days) specified on the product page.
- Delivery is carried out via courier, Polish Post, or another form chosen by the Customer to the address provided when placing the order.
- The entity providing delivery services is:
- Apaczka – R2G Polska Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (02-797), ul. Klimczaka 1.
Returns and delivery costs
In the case of returning part of an order, resulting in the total value of the retained products falling below the threshold entitling the Customer to free delivery, the store reserves the right to charge the Customer the standard delivery costs. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount for the returned products.
5. Upon receiving a shipment from the Store, the Customer should check whether the parcel is damaged. If in doubt, they have the right and should request the Supplier’s employee to draw up a damage report.
7. COMPLAINTS
- The Seller is liable under warranty if the sold Product has a physical or legal defect.
- A physical defect concerns non-compliance of the sold Product with the contract and may mean a Product that:
– does not have the properties it should have due to the purpose specified in the contract or resulting from the circumstances or intended use;
– does not have the properties that the Seller assured the Customer of in the description of this Product and its photos;
– is not suitable for the purpose the Customer informed the Store of when concluding the contract, and the Seller did not raise any objections to such intended use;
– was delivered to the Customer incomplete.
3. Complaints may be submitted by email to: shop@myunds.com.
4. If the sold Product is not compliant with the contract within the meaning of Art. 43b sec. 1 and 2 of the Consumer Rights Act, the Customer has the right to:
- submit a statement requesting a price reduction;
- submit a statement of withdrawal from the contract
unless the Seller immediately and without excessive inconvenience to the Customer replaces the defective Product with one free of defects or removes the defect. However, if the item has already been replaced or repaired by the Seller, or if the Seller has not fulfilled the obligation to replace the item with a defect-free one or remove the defect, the Customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract or demand a price reduction.
5. The Consumer may, instead of the defect removal proposed by the Seller, request the replacement of the item with one free of defects, or instead of replacement, request removal of the defect, unless bringing the item into conformity with the contract in the manner chosen by the Consumer is impossible or would require excessive costs compared to the method proposed by the Seller. In assessing the excessiveness of costs, the value of a defect-free item, the type and significance of the defect found, as well as the inconvenience the Consumer would be exposed to by another means of satisfaction, are taken into account.
6. The Seller has 14 business days from the date of receipt of the complaint to consider it.
7. The Customer will be informed about the decision regarding the submitted complaint by email or telephone.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
- Based on Art. 27 of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, the Customer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded outside the business premises or concluded at a distance, without giving any reason and without incurring costs, except for the costs specified in Art. 33 and Art. 34 of the Consumer Rights Act.
- The withdrawal period from a contract concluded at a distance or outside the business premises is 14 days from the date of delivery of the item, and to meet the deadline it is sufficient to send a statement before its expiry.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw from this contract by making an explicit statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email). The Consumer may use the withdrawal form template, which constitutes Annex No. 2 to the Consumer Rights Act.
- The Seller shall promptly confirm to the Consumer, via email (provided when concluding the contract or another if indicated in the submitted statement), receipt of the withdrawal declaration.
- In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the contract shall be deemed not concluded.
- The Consumer is obliged to return the item to the Seller immediately, but no later than 14 days from the day they withdrew from the contract. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the item before its expiry.
- The Consumer returns the items that are the subject of the contract they withdrew from at their own cost and risk to the address provided by the Seller: Slou, Al. Zjednoczenia 11, 01-829, Warsaw, tel. 22 127 18 49
- The Consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the item resulting from its use in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
- The Seller shall immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal statement submitted by the Consumer, return to the Consumer all payments made by them, including the costs of delivering the item. If the Consumer chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller, the Seller shall not refund the additional costs, in accordance with Art. 33 of the Consumer Rights Act.
10. The Seller refunds the payment using the same payment method that the Consumer used, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of refund that does not incur any costs for them.
9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

10. FINAL PROVISIONS
- These Terms and Conditions are available to the Customer on the website: https://myunds.com/terms-of-service.
- During the execution of the Order and in the after-sales care period, the Terms and Conditions accepted by the Customer when placing the Order apply, except in situations where the Buyer considers them less favorable than the current version and informs the Seller of choosing the current version as binding.
- Disputes, with the consent of the Buyer, will be resolved through mediation or arbitration. In the absence of an agreement, the matter will be resolved by a court having jurisdiction in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure (the court competent for the Buyer’s residence/registered office).
- Detailed information regarding the Consumer’s ability to use out-of-court complaint handling and redress procedures, and the rules of access to these procedures, are available at the offices and websites of district (municipal) consumer ombudsmen, social organizations whose statutory tasks include consumer protection, Provincial Inspectorates of Trade Inspection, and at the following websites of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK):

5. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of law shall apply accordingly.
