How to return products to the store

Pack the products you want to return

Remember to protect the returned item from damage by using appropriate padding. Pack the shipment in a regular-sized box or a plastic bag used by the courier company. Seal the shipment with tape. Do not use stretch wrap.

Send your parcel via Convenient Returns

Go to the form where you can send your parcel. You'll receive a return code and shipping documents. You can drop off your parcel at a parcel locker or at locations such as Żabka, Stokrotka, Auchan, or Carefour.

Wait for your refund

We will refund your money within 14 days. You will receive the refund to the account number provided on the withdrawal form.

How much time do I have to make a return?

Customers may return products purchased online within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The condition is that the goods are unused and in pristine condition.


How can I make a return?

Product returns are possible at our SLOU stationary store, Al. Zjednoczenia 11, 01-829 Warsaw, or by courier to the complaint address.
We do not collect parcels from parcel lockers or notified shipments from Poczta Polska.


How will I receive my refund and how long do I have to wait?

We process refunds within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the return shipment (usually sooner).


How will I receive my refund?

You will receive the refund to the account number provided in the withdrawal form or via the same method used to pay for the order.


Complaints

To file a complaint, please send us the product along with its packaging, receipt, a description of the reason for the complaint, and your contact information. Please send your complaint by courier or submit it in person to the following address:

Please include the completed complaint form in your package, available HERE .

Complaints are reviewed within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the complaint is approved, the product will be repaired or, if repair is not possible, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
